Establishment of ErdeVitalis Agrotech (Sichuan) Co., Ltd.

To further strengthen its operational capabilities in China, Kelewell and its long-term strategic partner Golden Raven have jointly established ErdeVitalis Agrotech (Sichuan) Co., Ltd.

The company serves as the primary operational platform for the ErdeVitalis brand in China and is responsible for supporting localized market development, technical promotion, product distribution and brand expansion activities.

Under a strategic authorization agreement, Golden Raven has been granted the rights to promote and distribute ErdeVitalis products within the Chinese market, enabling the brand to combine European product standards with localized market expertise.
